The Annual Termite Renewal Program

A very valuable and important service

After a home has been treated for eastern subterranean termites by Bill's Exterminating Co., it qualifies for admission into the annual termite renewal program.  Termites are the cause of millions of dollars of damage to structures each year. A property owner can remain unaware of termites for years until they reveal themselves through costly areas of damage. You may be wondering why further service would be needed since the property has been previously treated for termites. The materials used in the initial treatment for termites decompose and are only guaranteed for one year. Therefore, it is important to keep a property under warranty beyond the first year.

This agreement strictly covers eastern subterranean termites.

This agreement is transferable to subsequent owners during such period of time in which the agreement has not expired.

The renewal of this agreement extends the rights and responsibilities of all parties as expressed in the initial agreement.

This offer expires on the 1 (one) year anniversary of the last applicable service agreement.

Note: This is a valuable service offered to you, as the property owner, as a yearly warranty against infestations of termites. During this unexpired agreement, Bill’s Exterminating Co., Inc. will provide further control of termite infestations, which may periodically reoccur, at no additional cost. Termites are probable of reinfesting a structure, therefore it is important that your property remain warranted. If a warranty has expired, and reinfestation occurs, the property owner will be responsible for the costly re-treatment of the structure which can be quite substantial. For more information, please contact a member of the NCDA Certified, trained staff at Bill’s Exterminating Co., Inc.
