We inspect the inside, outside, crawlspace/basement of commercial and residential structures for wood destroying organisms including: termites, powder post beetles, old house borers, and wood destroying moisture problems.

Service Highlights

• State Inspection Reports for Realty Transactions =WDIR's (Issued as needed) Currently $60.00 and up pending home.
• Inspections for homeowner's knowledge when requested are free with any other service.
•     For homeowner inspection only... Currently $25 and up pending home.  
•     If we are contracted for treatment, we will refund the inspection fee.
• Can be completed, usually, within 5 business days
• A way to know if there are any organisms around causing costly damage that you do not notice
• If a wood destroying organism is found, we offer complete services to control the problem
