email: KipPeeler@BillsExt.com Experience: Kip Peeler has over 15 years of pest management experience including technical, managerial, and administrative levels. Mr. Peeler began training in the business during high school summers, continued during college summers, and has been with Bill's Exterminating Company since returning to the Salisbury based company from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1996. Mr. Peeler gained field experience by performing termite protection, pre-construction, and general pest management services. After literally learning the business from the ground up, he transitioned into managing company operations and directing the family business through the boom of the "information age" improving record-keeping processes and automating scheduling routines. November of 2006, Mr. Peeler assumed the role of technical director of the company in efforts to raise the bar of professionalism not only for the company, but as an example to companies in the area. This level of professionalism has been readily seen by customer satisfaction through surveys and testimonials. Mr. Peeler along with other members of the staff became North Carolina Pest Management Association Accredited Inspectors. Many pest management firms do not have one accredited inspector while Bill's Exterminating Company currently employs 7. Mr. Peeler is constantly researching new and better methods of providing the best, quality services to Bill's Exterminating Company clients. Spring of 2007, Mr. Peeler was appointed CEO of the company by the board of directors. His vision and perseverance for continued improvement have led Bill's Exterminating Company to be the pinnacle pest management company it is today. This excellence has been spreading rapidly through neighboring counties that the company is expanding its operations into. To further increase the company's performance level, Mr. Peeler directed the company through a national accreditation process achieved only by less than 1% of pest management firms nationwide, QualityPro. This honor, governed by the National Pest Management Association, represents the highest level of training and operational standards in the industry. Today, Bill's Exterminating Company is the area's only independent, nationally accredited pest management company! Year-end 2010, Bill's Exterminating/Peeler Environmental accelerated into the Pest Management Professional Magazine's Top 200 firms in the world. (There are over 4,000 registered companies in North Carolina alone.) This is truly an honor and testament to the vision of Mr. Peeler and the Bill's Exterminating/Peeler Environmental staff.
