Being the Best: It Starts with a Strong Staff

Bill's Exterminating/Peeler Environmental is fortunate to have 2 staff members that are licensed with the state of North Carolina. (1 license is the minimum for operating a pest control business in NC)

All service technicians of any company must be registered under the licensee in NC within 75 days of employment. We take these minimum requirements and raise the bar to better serve you!

Many pest control companies only require managers to be certified with the North Carolina Department Of Agriculture Structural Pest Control Division. Bill's Exterminating/Peeler Environmental requires all of our field staff to achieve such certification within the 1st year of employment. Our office personnel have even attained registration status with the NCDA SPCD and as of 2009 will also be state certified. This ensures that the service technician standing at your door as well as the customer service representative at our office answering your call can confidently assist you with your pest control needs.

Bill's Exterminating/Peeler Environmental is also proud to announce 7 members of our staff are North Carolina Pest Management Association accredited in Wood Destroying Organisms Inspections. While we have 7, many pest control companies do not have 1! For more information click here.

We have routine (usually bi-weekly) staff meetings to ensure our service and office professionals are up-to-date on the best treatment and safety practices while furthering their education in pest identification, biology, habits, and control.
